At Zayra Al Haya, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
- The item must not be from the sale or clearance category (final sale items are non-returnable)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Accessories (scarves, jewellery, etc.) for hygiene reasons
- Custom-made or tailored garments
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If you need an exchange, please mention this when initiating your return. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Zayra Al Haya is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
